Licensing Information NY, NJ & PA

 Please note, you will need to obtain the Marriage License within 30 days in advance of your ceremony being performed in New Jersey and 60 days in advance ofy our ceremony being performed in New York and Pennsylvania.  The Marriage License is obtained at the local County Clerk/Registrar's office where you live if the ceremony is being performed in that state.  If you do not live in the state where the ceremony is being performed, then the license can be obtained at County Clerk/Registrar's office for the ceremony location.

There are several legal documents that you will need to produce to file for the Marriage License (driver's license, birth certificate, passport and if previously married, a divorce decree) as well as the Minister's name, address and license number, who will be performing the ceremony in some states.
